Our Lead Consultant
Daniel Jass is the lead consultant of iD8 Consulting. He has been working as an intercultural consultant and trainer since 2004. He has served clients ranging from universities, school boards, and individual educators to non-profits, churches and community outreach programs. In addition to consulting, he teaches classes on culture and intercultural competence at the masters and doctoral levels. Dan is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and has also received advanced training as an intercultural coach. Dan has administered and interpreted hundreds of I.D.I. assessments and continues to use the I.D.I. as a tool to measure and foster intercultural development.
